III. Return Conditions (Including both opened and unopened products)

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

In original condition, suitable for resale;

Complete with original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals;

Free from signs of artificial damage or modification.

If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we may decline the return request.

IV. Situations Ineligible for Return

Returns are typically not supported in the following situations:

The product has been used or shows signs of artificial damage;

Original packaging or essential accessories are missing;

The return request is submitted after the specified return period has expired;

Issues arising from improper operation or handling;

Sale items or customized products (as indicated on the product page).

V. Return Process

The return process is as follows:

Customer Service will review the request and provide a return shipping address;

Ship the item back as instructed;

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

VI. Return Shipping Costs

For returns resulting from product quality issues or shipping errors (receiving the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs;

For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
